Marinate ribs in beer, whiskey, and spices, then bake them covered in foil until tender.

Step 2/3

While they cook, roll out puff pastry and cut it into heart shapes using stencils. Cut out another heart shape in the center of each pastry heart. Brush the pastry with egg wash, sprinkle with parmesan and herbs, and bake until golden.

Step 3/3

Fill the puff pastry hearts with the cooked rib meat, using the bone to create a stem for a four-leaf clover shape. Top the rib meat with cabbage, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with potatoes and carrots. Enjoy!
