Spread the pesto in the center and on the top of the puff pastry in the shape of a T. Add the grated cheese on top of the pesto, and cover it entirely with a second puff pastry. Cut the puff pastry into a Y shape, forming the tree trunk and branches. Cut out strips on the upper part of the Y to create branches, and twist each branch. Cut out eyes and a mouth on the tree trunk. Brush the tree with the melted butter using a pastry brush, and bake in the oven at 375 °F for 15 minutes.

Pour the ketchup into the eyes and mouth of the tree trunk. Melt and stretch out the mozzarella, place it around the tree to form spiderwebs, serve and enjoy!
