Dip two tortillas in water tinted with green food coloring, then cover the bottom tortilla with a layer of fresh spinach and shredded mozzarella.
Step 2/2
On the second tortilla, cut a circle for the eye and a smile-shaped cut for Mike Wazowski’s mouth, then place it on top of the filled tortilla. Add details to the eye and mozzarella teeth, and attach small tortilla pieces for arms and legs. Bake for five minutes until the cheese melts, then serve and enjoy!
