Pipe blue buttercream onto parchment paper in the shape of Bluey's body, then gently press cupcakes upside down onto the frosting. Chill until set.
Step 2/2
Flip the cupcakes and carefully peel off the parchment. Create ears using graham crackers, frosting, and Marchhmallows, then add an extra cupcake for the nose. Use additional buttercream to pipe Bluey’s facial features. Serve and enjoy!
