Line a Pyrex dish with 4 cupcake liners. Pour brownie batter into the dish and fill the liners with cupcake batter. Bake until set.
Step 2/2
Create a mushroom topper by piping red and white buttercream into a half-sphere mold. Once cooled, place the mushroom tops on the cupcakes. Pipe green buttercream over the brownie to resemble grass, add buttercream eyes to the cupcakes. Serve and enjoy!
