Cut small circles from cookie dough and bake until golden.
Step 2/3
Coat the inside and bottom of a coffee mug with brownie batter. Use a toothpick to attach some unbaked brownie circles to the sides of the mug. Microwave the mug for 2 minutes.
Step 3/3
Pour a splash of bourbon into the mug. Add scoops of vanilla ice cream and pour hot coffee over the top. Finish with whipped cream and the baked mini cookies. Serve and enjoy!
