First, weave the corn husks and then boil them in salted water until they are fully cooked. After that, take out some of the kernels from the corn. Finally, spread garlic mayo onto the corn cobs, and then add a sprinkle of cilantro and chili powder on top.

Insert 2 skewers into the chicken breast and cut it in the middle to create 2 kebab skewers. Coat the chicken with spices, cook it on the grill with some oil, and drizzle it with lime juice. Add the reserved corn, chicken, jalapeño slices, popcorn, and pickled red onions as toppings for the tacos. Place the tacos on top of the corn on the cobs, serve with cilantro rice and lime slices. Enjoy!
