Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a square-shaped indentation on the top of each bun. Press down gently to create a cavity. Spoon cheese sauce into each indentation, filling it generously.
Step 2/2
Slice the meatballs in half and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each half. Use a blowtorch to melt the cheese. Add fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion rings on top of the cheese-covered meatball halves.
Sandwich the two halves of each meatball together and place them into the bun indentations. Serve and enjoy!
