Cup the bananas into slices and caramelize with brown sugar. Flambe the bananas and set aside.

Soak the brioche slices in rum, toast in a pan and pour the crepe batter around the bread. Drizzle with melted chocolate and add the caramelized bananas. Fold the crepe batter to create a square shape and repeat the process with the reMayning brioche slices. You will obtain 4 sandwiches.
Step 3/3
Place the chocolate spread and peanut butter on a board, serve with the sandwiches and enjoy!
