Fill small ramekins with shepherd's pie filling. Top with a generous layer of shredded cheddar and mashed potatoes.

Place a heart-shaped cookie cutter in the center of the mashed potatoes and pipe additional mashed potatoes around it to create the wool of a sheep. Bake until the top is golden and crispy. Use black olives and cheese to create the sheep’s face and details. Serve and enjoy!
