Step 1/2
Add the pepperoni to a pan and let it sizzle to release the grease. Pour a can of tomato soup in a bowl, sprinkle with grated mozzarella and heat in the microwave for one minute. Add the pepperoni slices on top and set aside.
Step 2/2
Spread garlic butter on 2 slices of sandwich bread. Add one slice to the pan, add cheddar slices and top with the second slice of bread. Grill for 2 minutes. Cut in pieces and serve with the tomato soup!
