Add the eggs on the grill, and then place the hot dog buns with melted mozzarella facedown over the eggs to stick together. Carefully flip them over. Add 2 sausages on top of each bun, followed by shredded mozzarella, cheese sauce, fried onions, caramelized onions, jalapeños, and chives. Set aside.
Step 2/2
Place the Doritos on the grill and generously top them with shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Allow the cheese to melt and then drizzle with red salsa and salsa verde. Remove the Doritos from the heat and sprinkle them with chives and dollops of sour cream. Serve alongside the hot dogs and enjoy!
