To make the dish, grate the head of broccoli and mix it with grated Emmental cheese, eggs, flour, and spices until the mixture is uniform. Then, cut the cherry tomatoes into slices.

Start by pouring some olive oil into a hot frying pan. Then, shape the mixture into 4 balls using a spoon and place them in the pan. Flatten the balls and cook each side until golden brown. On two slices of the broccoli mixture, add the ham, sliced Emmental cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Cover with the other slices of the mixture, and finally, transfer the sandwiches to a plate and enjoy!
