Melt the grated mozzarella. Place it on the underside of the mont-d'or cheese. Flatten it using a dish to stick the cheese to the dish. Cut the potatoes into slices, place them all around the Mont-d'Or in the dish, then form a grid on the crust of the Mont-d'Or. Place the garlic cloves and rosemary in the cracks in the grid then pour the white wine over the Mont-d'Or. Combine the olive oil with 2 tbsp of parsley. Brush the potatoes with the mixture. Place pieces of butter on the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.

Place the ground beef on a rectangle of baking paper. Flatten the ground beef into a rectangle and sprinkle with Chefclub ground beef spice mix. Cut the ground beef into strips and roll the strips on top of each other to form a ground beef roll. Wrap the roll with the bacon slices. Cook each side of the meat roll in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the meat roll in place of the Mont-d'Or in the dish. Pour the melted Mont-d'Or over the potatoes, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
