Coat both sides of a ladle with pancake batter and fry in hot oil. Halfway separate the pancake pocket and stuff with cheddar, cooked bacon, and an egg. Season with salt and pepper. Seal the edges with additional pancake batter. Fry in hot oil until golden brown then set aside to drain.

Place an egg in a ladle, fry in the hot oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3/3
Garnish the center of the pancake bowl with more cheddar, bacon, and the fried egg. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with chives. Serve and enjoy!
